Ville de Montmagny requests bids for the supply of a used 12-wheel truck with tipper body.
Tender documents are available from SÉAO (Système électronique d'appel d'offres) at 1-866-669-7326 or http://www.seao.gouv.qc.ca, and are subject to SÉAO rates.
Tenders will be received at the office of the undersigned, located at 143, rue Saint-Jean-Baptiste Est, in Montmagny G5V 1K4, in a sealed envelope or by electronic deposit via the SEAO site until November 27, 2024, at 10 a.m., and marked: "Tender - Supply of a used 12-wheel truck with dump body", to be publicly opened on the same day, at 10:30 a.m. Bids received by fax, e-mail or otherwise will not be considered. Bidders should pay particular attention to the documents they must enclose with their bids, as required in the specifications.
The Ville de Montmagny does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted. The Ville de Montmagny assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing their bids, or for any errors or omissions in any written notices or documents sent electronically. All bidders must therefore ensure that they have obtained all documents relating to this call for tenders before submitting a bid. The City also reserves the right to delete portions of the specifications, or to waive any of the conditions listed, or to award portions of the contract if it deems it appropriate to do so. In addition, the City may disregard any formal defects or minor flaws in the bid.
