Description
University College Cork request the supply of a low vibration Dry Cryogenic Probe station with optical access for Optical Device Testing. The planned system should be a cryogenic probe station, cooled by a close loop system to at least 10 Kelvin (at the sample chuck/holder). Importantly, the closed cycle system should provide low vibrations at the sample holder (below 20 nm). The system will be exploited to test III-V devices (lasers, modulator) and similar, and/or packaged assemblies at cryogenic temperature for high-speed operation.
