Description
Tenders are sought for a high-resolution optical profiler that will allow non-contact profiling of optical components and patterned surfaces, nanometre depth precision, micrometre lateral resolution. This is an essential piece of equipment that enables direct non-contact measurement and characterisation of sub- micron surface profiles that give the smart coatings their functionality. This item is key to ensuring quality control and optimisation of the fabrication of the diffracting structures which are at the core of most of the envisaged prototypes for the prototyping lab.
