Description

This consultation concerns a catering service for the Etablissement d'Hébergement pour Personnes Agées Dépendantes (EHPAD) in Acigné.
The service includes
 Supply and preparation of hot meals on site, 7 days a week, morning, noon and evening, for residents of the facility, their families where applicable, and facility staff (therapeutic meals in UVP and meals ordered by staff).
 Provision of a chef-manager and the qualified staff required for the proper execution of services, for the contractual period.

The facility accommodates 65 residents. The 65 places are distributed as follows:
 37 places for dependent elderly people
 28 places for psychologically dependent elderly people, including 11 for people in the severe stage of the disease.
