SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TIPPING TRAILERS AND
SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT ON FOUR (4) CHASSIS-CABS
TEN (10) WHEELS
Tenders in sealed envelopes marked Soumission SA2024-049 P, and addressed to the City of Blainville, Legal Services at 1000, chemin du Plan-Bouchard, Blainville (Québec) J7C 3S9, will be received until 9:00 a.m. on OCTOBER 22, 2024. Tenders will be opened at 9:01 a.m. on the same day, or as soon as possible thereafter, at City Hall, 1000 chemin du Plan-Bouchard, Blainville, Quebec.
The City of Blainville will also accept bids submitted electronically, solely through the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SÉAO), in accordance with the terms and conditions determined by the latter.

Only bids prepared on the official bid forms provided by the City of Blainville will be considered. These forms and other documents required to prepare bids may be obtained by consulting the Système Électronique d'Appel d'Offres (www.seao.ca).
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cheque, bank draft or an unconditional and irrevocable bank letter of guarantee or bid bond in the amount of $40,000 in favour of the City of Blainville, as bid security.
If the bid security is in the form of a bond, the bid must also be accompanied by a letter of undertaking from an insurance company authorized to operate in Quebec, certifying that a performance bond equivalent to fifty (50%) percent of the total value of the contract will be granted to the bidder in the event that the contract is awarded.
The City of Blainville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and will not incur any obligation or costs of any nature whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
