The Société de développement de la Baie-James (the Société) wishes to receive offers concerning the call for tenders named in the title.

Brief description of requirements

The contract consists of the supply and delivery of various wear parts for equipment at LG-3 and LG-4 airfields and La Grande-Rivière airport. The contract begins on October 1, 2024 and ends on September 30, 2025. It may be renewed from year to year for up to three additional years.

ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH AN ESTABLISHMENT IN QUÉBEC OR IN A TERRITORY COVERED BY THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS, AND WHO MEET THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED, WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE CONTRACT.

By establishment, the Company means :

"A place where the service provider carries out its activities on a permanent basis according to the nature of those activities, clearly identified with its name, accessible to the public during normal business hours, bringing together authorized representatives of the service provider and permanent resources."

Service providers interested in submitting a bid may obtain tender documents via the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) at www.seao.gouv.qc.ca or by contacting the SEAO, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive, at 1 877 336-7326 (elsewhere in Quebec) or 418 646-0177 (Quebec City area).

Paper bids must be submitted before 2 p.m. on September 24, 2024, in a sealed envelope bearing the following markings:

Ø Name and address;

Ø The name and address of the addressee, i.e. Mrs Marie-Inès Kili at the address below;

Ø The words "Submission";

Ø The project title and number, i.e. "Supply and delivery of wear parts to LG-3 and LG-4 airfields and La Grande-Rivière airport - Call for tenders SD24-5040-4".

Electronic tenders can only be submitted via the Quebec government's electronic tendering system (SEAO), at the following address: www.seao.gouv.qc.ca

No e-mail bids will be accepted. The Company is not responsible for picking up bids at the bus terminal or for delays in mail delivery.

It is the service provider's responsibility to ensure that its bid is deposited at the Company's office before the deadline date and time set at the following address:
