SCOPEThis tender consists of the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULIC HOSE AND FITTINGS FOR HEAVY DUTY APPLICATION as per the attached specifications. Service is to be available for all locations within the Province of New Brunswick. Units and parts are to be 100% new.Effective January 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2026 with the option to renew for one additional year.SPECIFICATIONSOnly Parker Hannifin brand will be considered. Other makes and models will not be accepted.VENDORS ARE ASKED TO CAREFULLY READ ALL ATTACHMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS INVITATION TO TENDER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID.CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIAWherever it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Province, a contract may be awarded to more than one supplier for the same item or group of items.Vendors may be required to supply SAE approved crimping equipment to some Department of Transportation repair sites. The systems are to be provided at no cost to the Province.DELIVERYTo be delivered as and when required for the period indicated upon receipt of an official Release under Contract.VENDOR QUESTIONSAll inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response.
