Description
This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, in behalf of the Department of Economic Development, Investment, Trade and Natural Resources, to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Supply and Delivery of Aviation Fuel Tanks, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B – Scope of the Deliverables.
Manitoba requires the design, construction and delivery of five 30,000L Jet A1 aviation fuel tanks complete with cabinets and pumps. The intent is to seek a single vendor to construct and deliver these tanks to five various locations in Manitoba as follows.
1. Cold Lake,
2. Lynn lake,
3. Berens River,
4. Pukatawagan (Keewatin railway or winter road access), and
