CALL FOR TENDERS NUMBER 2024-07
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A TEN-WHEEL TRUCK
AND SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT
IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE UNDERSIGNED, CLERK AND ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER, THAT :
The City of Rivière-Rouge wishes to obtain tenders for the supply and delivery of a new ten-wheel truck, 2024 or newer, and new snow removal equipment, which must comply with the requirements and specifications set forth in the technical specifications and tender documents. The deadline for delivery of goods is 45 days after contract award, if applicable.
Persons or companies interested in this contract must obtain the tender documents by contacting the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) at http://www.seao.gouv.qc.ca.Les. The documents will be available according to the terms and costs established by SEAO as of September 18, 2024.
To be valid, bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the tender document, and must include one original only and one electronic copy on a USB key. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "Tender 2024-07 - Supply and delivery of a ten-wheel truck and snow removal equipment". A bid security in the lump sum amount of ten thousand ($10,000) is required, which must comply with the specifications of the tender documents.
Only bids received at Rivière-Rouge Town Hall, located at 25, rue L'Annonciation Sud, Rivière-Rouge (Québec) J0T 1T0, no later than 11 a.m. on October 21, 2024 will be considered. Tenders received will be publicly opened on the same day, in the presence of at least two (2) witnesses, at 11:05 a.m. in the council chambers of Rivière-Rouge Town Hall. The deadline for receipt of complaints under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies is October 7, 2024.
All bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting a bid. The Ville de Rivière-Rouge does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and incurs no obligation towards the bidders.
