View Changes UPDATE: The reason for this updated posting on 8/02/24 is to post N00024-24-R-6231 Amendment A0001. // ORIGINAL POSTING: The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-24-R-6231 for procurement of the development, integration, testing, production, and installation for the submarine-launched Submarine Tethered Expendable Buoy (STEB) system. The STEB system provides a submerged submarine with a surface buoy platform for communications, situational awareness, and collision avoidance data. // SOLICITATION DOCUMENT ACCESS: In order to receive access to applicable Government Furnished Information, potential Offerors will need to comply with Section L and submit the requested documents/ information. This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE and interested parties must comply with that announcement. Interested Offerors should monitor SAM.gov and PIEE for the release of applicable amendments. // Disclaimer: The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this Solicitation.
