The start of their execution will be two weeks after conclusion of the contract at the earliest. The Contractor must be ready for the start of execution at this time. Insofar as the term "customers" is used below, this refers to the customers of the client. Place of performance Unless otherwise agreed in the individual contract, the Contractor shall perform the service at the Client's premises, at the Client's premises or remotely, e.g. at the Contractor's premises, at the Client's discretion. 2.3 Service times The Contractor shall generally provide its services on working days (for definition see framework agreement). In principle, the service must be provided during the customer's normal office hours. In exceptional cases, the service must also be provided at weekends and on public holidays as well as outside the customer's office hours. Such exceptions may occur, in particular, in the case of go-lives due to regulatory changes or urgent projects at the customer's premises. Language skills The Contractor shall only use consultants who have a minimum command of German at the C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Categories of consultants The Contractor shall only use consultants in the relevant personnel categories who have the minimum qualifications listed below: - Junior consultants: 0 to two years of relevant professional experience - Consultants: Over two to a maximum of five years of relevant professional experience - Senior consultants: Over five years of relevant professional experience
