Description

Solicitation Number N66604-24-R-0154 for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Code 34 "Submarine High Data Rate (SubHDR) Spares and Repairs" Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract is released and attached as part of this notice.
This requirement is for services and supplies in support of the NUWCDIVNPT Code 34 SubHDR National Maintenance Center (NMC), primarily for refurbishment and repair of the SubHDR Antenna Pedestal Group (APG) and select Mast Group (MG) LRUs. It also includes requirements for SubHDR NMC system engineering failure analysis and evaluation, associated test station design, upgrade, maintenance, APG and MG testing, and configuration management services.
This requirement is a follow-on to N66604-19-D-K900 with Serco, Inc. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office for Small Business Programs and the Small Business Procurement Center Representative. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511.                                             
This procurement will be processed under FAR Part 15. A single award ID/IQ type contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost Reimbursement (CR), and Not Separately Priced (NSP) contract line items are anticipated. The resultant contract will contain a maximum ten (10) year ordering period, broken into five (5) ordering periods of two (2) years each, if all options are exercised.
The Applicable Documents associated with this solicitation are Distribution Statement D and Export Controlled. Companies requesting to view the Applicable Documents must be JCP Certified and must follow the procedures outlined in the Solicitation Section L, “Instructions for Submission of Offers”.
