Description

The Municipality of Frelighsburg is seeking bids for the provision of professional engineering services. These services include studies, preparation of plans and specifications, construction supervision, and the operation of an aerated lagoon treatment plant.

Tender documents are available on the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO) website - www.seao.ca. The Municipality is not responsible for the distribution of tender documents by the SEAO, and it is the responsibility of bidders to ensure that they have all their documents before submitting their bids.

Tenders must be submitted either via the SEAO platform, or delivered by hand in a sealed envelope bearing proper postage and marked "SOUMISSION PROJET No 20240814". They must be addressed to the office of the Municipality of Frelighsburg, located at 2, place de l'Hôtel de Ville, Frelighsburg, Québec, J0J 1C0, before 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened at the same location on the same day at 11 a.m.

The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids and does not incur any liability to the bidder(s) for the preparation and submission of its bid.
