Description
Structural design in accordance with Part 4, Section 1 HOAI and services for thermal building physics (thermal insulation) in accordance with Annex 1.2 HOAI for the implementation of the space requirements planning at Kirchhain elementary school Kirchhain elementary school is a four-form elementary school currently attended by around 360 pupils in years one to four as well as a so-called preliminary class and two preliminary courses and taught by around 30 teachers.
The three school buildings located in the northern part of the site, which are arranged parallel to each other as individual, elongated structures, are accessed via individual entrances and connected to each other by an external arcade. Most pupils access the school grounds from the north via Pestalozzistrasse. To the south, there is another single-storey building, which primarily contains rooms for childcare.house 1 (building 31.001) of Kirchhain elementary school is a 4-storey school building (ground floor to 3rd floor), which underwent a fundamental renovation in 2011 with funds from the special investment program of the state of Hesse and received structured cabling with funds from the DigitalPakt Schule. It currently houses the administration with secretariat and school management office on the first floor and classrooms on the upper floors. Houses 2 (building 31.004, 4-storey with basement, ground floor to 2nd floor) and 3 (building 31.006, 3-storey, ground floor to 2nd floor) are from the 1950s and have been partially renovated. The basement of building 2 (building 31.004) currently houses the technical center for the school's heat supply. With the implementation of the project, the site is to be connected to an adjacent district heating network, if possible, and the inclusion of differentiation rooms, adjustments to the room structures for the educational concept with learning clusters and the requirements for all-day schooling will require significant interventions in the existing structure, which will result in a partial replacement building to represent the room and functional program.
In the course of procuring the object planning services for buildings, a proposed solution was developed, which is intended as the basis for this procedure and the further planning steps. The following key data must also be adhered to during planning and implementation support:
? Inventory with regard to structural design, structural fire protection, building and concrete substance and thermal conditions. The results must be documented in writing.
? Potential replacement and extension buildings must be planned/constructed to passive house standard without certification (incl. use of the "PHPP" planning tool and preparation of the corresponding "passive house" and "thermal insulation" certificates)
? Coordination and inclusion of information from other planning participants for the verification process
? Implementation of the requirements for the whole day
? Total project budget to be adhered to ? 10.5 million gross
? Involvement in the planning for the relocation of pupils (complete or partial) in terms of structural and thermal insulation
? Federal funding for the expansion of all-day schooling is being sought. This is intended to achieve partial funding, which requires special documentation of the planning services. On the part of the services in question, in particular therm. So far, no specifications have been made for centralized/decentralized systems (ventilation technology, water and heat supply). With the start of planning, these points are to be worked out under the leadership of the specialist planning of the HVAC technology with the cooperation of the planning participants. Appropriate technical building services concepts tailored to the location are to be developed.
