Description
Structural consolidation of the "Kinder- und Jugendhaus" (KJH) at Nahariyastr. 19, the family center and the neighborhood management and creation of spaces for neighborhood-serving uses.
The KJH is to be retained in its current form, but renovated in terms of energy efficiency and technology. The space requirements for the neighborhood and the family center are to be covered by a 2-storey extension on the current parking lot along Nahariyastrasse. In addition, rooms in the basement that are currently not barrier-free in the KJH are to be replaced in the extension.
The construction costs (KG 200 - KG 700) are estimated at approx. 4.77 million euros gross and it is intended to provide the majority of these from two funding programs.
The following services are to be provided by the planning office or planning team:
- Basic services of object planning in fee zone III according to HOAI 2021 (ยง 34ff. HOAI, in conjunction with Annex 10) in service phases 1 - 9 as well as special services and consulting services
When the contract is awarded, service phases 1 - 4 are commissioned. There is an option to continue with the other service phases depending on the provision of financial resources. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of the optional services
