Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of cleaning services of facilities and external areas for the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin for a period of 12 months. The contract has been divided into 5 parts, numbered from "I" to "V", covering the contracting authority's facilities in locations according to the addresses indicated in the table in Chapter IV, section 2, item 2 of the SWZ (Terms of Reference). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for particular locations has been included in appendixes no. 1 and no. 2.I-2.V to the draft agreement.
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the facilities and external areas of the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin (including the premises of the Second Tax Office in Lublin), the First Tax Office in Lublin, the Third Tax Office in Lublin, the Tax Office in Lubartów, the Tax Office in Łęczna, the Tax Office in Lublin, the Customs and Fiscal Office in Biała Podlaska with its registered office in Lublin, and the Customs and Fiscal Office in Biała Podlaska with its registered office in Lublin - for a period of 12 months.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annexes 1 and 2.I to the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the service of maintaining the premises and external areas of the Tax Offices in: Biała Podlaska, Łuków, Parczew, Radzyń Podlaski and organizational units of the Lublin Tax and Customs Office in Biała Podlaska located in Biała Podlaska, Terespol (Błotków) and Koroszczyn. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in appendixes no. 1 and 2.II to the contract. The subject matter of the contract is to provide cleaning services for the facilities and external areas of the Tax Offices in Zamość, Biłgoraj, Hrubieszów and Tomaszów Lubelski and the organisational units of the Tax and Customs Office in Biała Podlaska located in Zamość, Hrubieszów (Gródek) and Tomaszów Lubelski. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annexes 1 and 2.III to the contract. The subject matter of the contract is cleaning services for facilities and external areas of the Tax Offices in: Chełm, Krasnystaw, Włodawa and organizational units of the Lublin Customs and Tax Office in Biała Podlaska located in Chełm. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in appendixes no. 1 and 2.IV to the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the service of maintaining the premises and external areas of the Tax Offices in: Kraśnik, Janów Lubelski, Opole Lubelski, Puławy and Ryki. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annexes 1 and 2.V to the agreement.
