Description
The RM of Cut Knife No. 439 is accepting tenders for replacement of BUR roofing material with a membrane material on a 2300 square foot flat roof.
Tenders must provide for:
Removal of existing BUR roofing assembly down to existing roof deck and disposal of debris. Existing roof consists of: wood deck, 2 ply VB, 3.5” EPS, 1” fiber board and 4 ply BUR,
Building up of existing parapet to accommodate new roofing assembly,
Repairs to existing drainage system if required (2 current drains),
Installation of rubber (EPDM) roofing material, inclusive of any and all pre-membranes, vapor barriers etc necessary to construct the new flat roof to current standards and required slopes,
Installation of vent covers, flashings etc to finish to standards,
Removal of all deconstruction, construction and superfluous materials,
Contractor & Manufacturer warranties must be stated,
Proof of worker’s compensation coverage must be supplied,
Completion of project prior to April 30th, 2025.
There exists on the rooftop interior climate control unit and access.
