Description

The subject of the contract is: renovation of turbine in block no. 6 in terms of: parts of WP, SP, NP, generator, condenser (replacement of 100% of pipes), steam coolers S4-S5, drop inserts to the condenser, control system and turbine steam and oil pipelines.The overhaul is to result in an increase in turbine efficiency (reduction of specific heat consumption by at least 100 kJ/kWh), measured at the nominal value of steam flow to the turbine (650 t/h fresh steam), the values obtained during warranty measurements will be converted to the nominal operating conditions of the turbine. The detailed scope of work is contained in Annexes 1a to the ToR. The subject of the contract is the replacement and overhaul of fittings for auxiliary systems of turboset no. 6. The detailed scope of work is included in Annexes 1b to the ToR. The subject of the contract is preparation for UDT inspection and repair of feed water tank 6ZZ, high-pressure heaters 6XW1÷3, low-pressure heaters 6XN3÷5, 6XA÷B and steam coolers 6CT2, 6CU in Lower Odra Power Plant. The detailed scope of work is contained in Annexes 1c to the ToR. The subject matter of the contract is the renovation of the electrical and control and measurement part of the power unit, which includes: - Rafako type boiler: OP650-050,- steam turbine by Zamech-Elbląg type 13K215, single-shaft, three-hull, condensing, with 7 unregulated outlets,- Dolmel generator, type: GTHW-230,- generator switch by ABB type: HEC3,- block transformer by Elta, type: TFBN 24000000/220.Boiler technological protection systems are implemented in the ABB Procontrol P13 system, boiler regulation is implemented in the ABB Procontrol P14 system.The turbine protection systems are implemented in the ABB Procontrol P13 system, the electro-hydraulic turbine regulator is implemented in the ABB Advant system, the reactive power control of the generator is performed by a digital voltage regulator ETEF200C manufactured by Energotest Gliwice, and the CZAZ-GT team manufactured by Kopex Electric Systems S is responsible for the Electric Power Safety Automatics of the block (generator - transformer).The power output from unit no. 6 in Dolna Odra Power Plant is carried out by 220 kV line with a length of approx. 3 km to SE Krajnik. The detailed scope of work is included in Annexes 1d to the ToR.
