Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" services for moving equipment and furniture, which may include disassembling and assembling furniture, from various existing buildings to the pavilion complex at the DRDC Valcartier site.
The SOA will be for a period of eighteen (18) months with a maximum estimated value of $ 1,900,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $ 500,000.00 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 100,000.00.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their tender through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) for phase 1 and Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET for phase 2, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the tender documents.
