Description
Stadtwerke Baden-Baden intends to convert the GIS system (currently the Smallworld system) and merge all data into the Esri GIS system (ArcGIS Pro). Electricity inventory data is to be digitized and migrated. Fault management + information\/viewing platform to be implemented.
The contract is awarded in 3 lots.
1) Migration\/software conversion. 2) Vectorization of the existing cable route plans.
3) Fault management + information and viewing platform.
The contracts are awarded as a competitive dialog according to ยง18 VgV.
Stage 1: Participation competition. Stage 2: Dialogue (bidder concept, indicative price offer, coordination). Stage 3: Final offer, optional negotiation, award of contract.
Quantity structures: Electricity approx. 2,200 km. Gas approx. 400 km. Water approx. 700 km. Heat approx. 10 km.
QA measures in accordance with DVGW Code of Practice GW 130 and FNN Note S 130 must be implemented in the network documentation; this must be demonstrated in a suitable manner; certification must be submitted if necessary. The following must be available for Lot 1: Esri (ArcGIS Pro); for Lots 2 and 3, it must be ensured that this Esri system can be functionally used and continued.
