Public notice is hereby given that the ORGANISME PUBLIC wishes to issue a call for tenders for professional services in speech-language pathology.
INFORMATION
As of August 26, 2024, any person or company may obtain tender documents from the "Système électronique d'appel d'offres" (SEAO) website. The price list can be found under "Customer service". Tender documents can only be obtained via the SEAO.
APPLICABLE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS
This invitation to tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements:
- TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN QUEBEC AND ONTARIO;
- CANADIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT;
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to obtain the services of a speech-language pathologist capable of performing assessments for preschool and elementary school students. THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to benefit from the assessments carried out under this mandate.
Start date: October 15, 2024
End date : June 30, 2024
CLOSING, RECEIPT AND OPENING OF BIDS
To be valid and considered, bids (one (1) original with no copies) must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Tender for Professional Services in Psychology" and must be received at 8, rue Monseigneur Lafortune, Saint-Paul (Québec) J6E 6G7 (Atelier SRM), no later than September 26, 2024 at 9:30:00 a.m., local time, to be publicly opened at the same place, on the same day, at the same time. Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected.
The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the bids received under this call for tenders.
Bids may also be submitted electronically. In this case, they may only be submitted via the electronic tendering system.

INFORMATION MEETING AND SITE VISIT
No briefing or site visit is planned.
TENDER GUARANTEE
No bid security is required.
OFFICE CLOSURE
If, due to exceptional circumstances, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION has to close its offices on the day indicated for the site visit and/or for the receipt of bids, this date will be postponed to the next working day, at the same place and time.
