NMR spectrometer 500 (solids).500 MHz high definition Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer with wide mouth magnet for NMR experiments on solids.The 500 MHz NMR spectrometer must be equipped with the following elements:1) 11.7 Tesla wide-mouth superconducting magnet;2) homogeneity system and Lock channel;3) radiofrequency console with two transmission-reception channels;4) workstation and software package for control and data acquisition;5) CP-MAS double resonance probe;6) pneumatic unit for 500 MHz NMR spectrometer;7) accessories. NMR 400 Spectrometer (liquids).400 MHz high definition Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer (NMR) for structural elucidation studies in samples in solution.The 400 MHz NMR spectrometer must be equipped with the following elements:1) 9.4 Tesla superconducting magnet;2) radiofrequency console with two transmission-reception channels:(a) homogeneity system and Lock channel;b) communications system;c) frequency generator and acquisition system;d) transmit-receive system;e) temperature control system;f) gradient unit;3) workstation and software package for control and data acquisition;4) direct observation NMR probe;5) automatic NMR sample changer;6) sample cooling unit. Maldi-IMS mass spectrometry imaging equipment.i) object of the contract: acquisition for lipidomic and metabolomic purposes of high resolution tandem mass spectrometry imaging equipment with matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization source (Maldi) and ElectroSpray source (ESI) that allows data acquisition in MS and MS/MS mode. High sensitivity, mass resolution and spatial resolution quadrupole-time-of-flight (Q-ToF) or quadrupole-Orbitrap (Q-Orbitrap) type equipment for non-targeted and targeted analysis, facilitating molecular identification and quantification of metabolites,ii) specification of the object of supply/service. Detailed description:The equipment will be mainly dedicated to perform lipidomic and metabolomic analysis on biological samples (tissues, cells, biological fluids) by acquisition of IMS and UHPLC-MS/MS experiments.Technical specifications:The equipment offered shall include the optimal hardware and software to meet the objectives of the described applications and comply with all specifications.1) matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization Maldi (Maldi) source:- compatible with high resolution mass spectrometers,- laser size compatible with IMS experiments of spatial resolution ≤ 20 μm,- laser spot size less than 20 μm,- high laser scanning speed,- all sources must be interchangeable on the equipment.2) ESI ionization source:- high sensitivity ElectroSpray source,- all sources must be interchangeable in the instrument.3) high resolution, high sensitivity tandem mass spectrometer:- mass analyser shall be quadrupole-orbitrap (Q-Orbitrap) or quadrupole-time-of-flight (Q-TOF) type,- mass spectrometer shall be capable of identifying unknown components of a sample, determining the exact mass and performing MS/MS,- mass spectrometer shall be compatible with Maldi and ESI source and shall operate in positive and negative polarity mode.4) Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) system must meet at least the following requirements:- working flow rate of 0.1 to 1mL/min in binary or quaternary gradient mode,- pressure of at least 1000 bar,- automatic autosampler with temperature control (cooled to 4oC),- column oven with temperature control.5) control, processing and analysis station:- equipment control software with the necessary capabilities to operate the equipment and simultaneous control of the Maldi and ESI sources, the liquid chromatography system and the mass spectrometer; and enable to carry out data acquisition, method programming, calibration, diagnostics and all functions necessary for optimal operation of the equipment,- the system must have tools to convert data acquisition files in recorded formats into free files with data formats based on standardized open-source formats (at least mzML and imzML),- IMS and UHPLC-MS/MS data processing software,- software for the preparation and processing of multiple data for statistical studies,- software or softwares for interactive and automatic identification and quantification of lipids and metabolites using mass spectra,- the supplier must provide the original version of any software update without associated cost for at least 5 years,- 2 high performance PCs, one for equipment control and one for data processing with their original operating systems and their original CDs and corresponding licenses. Both computers must have a 28" screen, - the software must be installed and verified to be working, - laser printer Mass spectrometer for proteomic analysis The equipment will be mainly dedicated to perform quantitative proteomic analysis on protein samples of very high complexity and limited quantity (<1 g). The analyses to be performed will be DDA (Data Dependent Acquisition), DIA (Data Independent Acquisition) and PRM (Parallel Reaction Monitoring). And the samples may be marked with isobaric labels or without marking.Specific conditions1) mass spectrometer:a) high resolution and sensitivity tandem mass spectrometer;b) ESI and nanoESI ionization sources. All sources must be interchangeable in the equipment;c) quadrupole-time-of-flight (Q-TOF) or quadrupole-orbitrap (Q-Orbitrap) type analyser.2) nanoUPLC system:a) working flows from 200 nl/min in gradient mode;b) sample loading volume from 1 l;c) must withstand a pressure of at least 500 bar;d) automatic sample loader.3) control, processing and analysis stations:a) equipment control software. It must control the liquid chromatography system and the mass spectrometer and carry out data acquisition, method programming, calibrations, diagnostics and all the necessary functions for the optimal operation of the equipment;b) data processing and analysis software. It must process the data from the different types of acquisition and carry out qualitative and quantitative analyses;c) at least 2 high performance PCs, one for equipment control and the other for data processing. The data processing computer must incorporate a 24" screen or double 21" screen; d) the software must be installed and its operation verified. Lot 5: XPS spectrometer - must consist of 180o hemispherical electron energy analyser, allowing analysis with high sensitivity and resolution in small and large area, with transfer lens system and multi-channel detection system (minimum 128 channels), capable of collecting spectral data and images,- must be equipped with a monochromatic X-ray source with aluminium anode, with its corresponding complete cooling system,- must include a precision motorised stage. The sample transfer system must be fully automated and integrated into the analysis software. It must also be possible to analyze powder samples, - it must include an analysis chamber. The vacuum system of the analysis chamber must be ultra high vacuum (UHV). It must be able to provide and maintain a pressure of less than 5-10-10 mbar and include a titanium sublimation pump. The vacuum system must include a vacuum gauge for the main chamber, capable of measuring a range between 10-5 and 10-11 mbar, with an overpressure safety system, - must be equipped with a sample introduction mechanism/chamber that allows samples to be introduced into the main chamber without breaking the vacuum. The sample introduction chamber must be equipped with a turbomolecular pump, separate from the main chamber pump. The instrument must have a vacuum gauge for the sample inlet chamber, capable of measuring between atmospheric pressure and 10-8 mbar, plus safety system to prevent the opening of the isolation valve between the sample inlet chamber and the main chamber, before achieving full vacuum of air from the sample inlet chamber,- must include sample display system for precise positioning of the point of analysis. The analysis chamber must have internal illumination to allow viewing of the samples and internal components. The internal illumination system must not interfere with data collection,- must include an inert gas monoatomic ion source and an inert gas ion cluster source to remove material from the sample surface by sputtering and perform depth profiling experiments, with control fully integrated into the analysis software. The instrument control software shall be capable of automatically shutting down the filament and gas flow, on completion of an unattended XPS acquisition,- shall incorporate a charge neutralisation system to allow the analysis of electrically insulating materials, with fully integrated control in the analysis software,- standards shall be provided for equipment calibration and X-ray beam spot measurement (Ag, It must incorporate a closed system cooling circuit,- it must include an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with sufficient capacity to maintain, as a minimum, the vacuum system in operation,- it must include all the necessary components to be able to carry out baking procedures in the event of venting of the system. The instrument shall allow the baking time to be selectable by the operator and shall include automatic shutdown of the baking system when finished. The instrument shall be equipped with a safety system that automatically terminates the bakeout in the event of pressure overload, main chamber pump failure or excessive temperatures, - a suitable state-of-the-art computer system (Windows 10) with fully integrated system control, data acquisition and data processing and storage software(s), electronics and cables for all components and all other necessary items shall be included. Infrared image analysis.1) a chemical imaging system using infrared spectroscopy is requested that allows measurements in at least two different configurations (transmission, diffuse reflectance and/or attenuated total reflectance); 2. in imaging mode, the system shall be capable of analysing relatively large samples (at least 25 x 25 mm) in an automated manner and at high speed;3. the system shall be equipped with portable molecular spectroscopy equipment (with its corresponding laptop computer/control unit with all the software installed), in order to be able to carry out a preliminary analysis (screening) of the samples and to analyse samples that do not physically fit in it; 4. the equipment shall be delivered to its exact installation point and shall be supplied with all the auxiliary material necessary for its correct operation, the successful tenderer being responsible for the necessary logistics. This equipment must be installed, verified and, if necessary, calibrated after start-up. In addition, a protocol for maintenance and calibration of the equipment must be provided and explained to the user personnel; 5) all the necessary computer support will be supplied with the equipment (at least Core i7, 8GB DDR4, 500GB SSD, Flat Monitor of approximately 27" and Windows 10 OS). The control software will be installed and its operation verified, a physical copy of it will be delivered and subsequent updates will be guaranteed at no additional cost; 6) basic IR spectra/image processing software will be available (it can be the control software at the same time) with at least a spectral library or database to carry out the identification/comparison of the FTIR spectra obtained and particle analysis software;7) the company awarded the contract must provide a training plan of no less than 12 hours on-site training after the equipment has been commissioned which, in any case, guarantees the user personnel's knowledge of its use, and at least one subsequent training visit 6 months after the installation, with the minimum duration necessary to resolve any doubts generated during the aforementioned period and never less than 6 hours; 8) both the installation and the equipment will have a minimum guarantee of 2 years and will include two maintenance checks. Said maintenance shall include fine-tuning, correction of minor maladjustments and calibration of the equipment, and shall be carried out at least once a year, with the first service being carried out 12 months after the equipment has been installed;9) the company awarded the contract shall offer technical service, with a commitment to telephone/online assistance in less than 24 hours and on-site assistance in less than 7 days. It must guarantee the delivery of spare parts and consumables within a maximum of 10 days. Furthermore, they must ensure the repair and supply of spare parts for the correct operation of the equipment purchased for at least 10 years following the purchase, and include in their offer the hourly price of the repair, as well as the costs of travel to the Leioa Campus;10) all documentation must be delivered in printed and/or electronic format. This documentation shall include as much information as possible on the electronic components of the equipment. Raman spectrometer.1) a Raman microscope is requested, equipped with at least two lasers of adjustable power (one visible and one NIR, preferably other than 785 nm) and a CCD detector thermoelectrically cooled by Peltier effect. The change of laser configuration shall be as automated as possible (lenses, filters, motorised networks) and the system shall have all the laser safety measures (interlock, enclosure);2) the microscope shall be of confocal type with a minimum spatial resolution of 2 microns in all axes (xyz) and equipped with a motorised platform that allows the measurement point to be selected by means of a joystick/mouse. In addition, it will have binoculars and colour video camera and at least three optical objectives of different magnification (one of them long distance);3) as it has a motorized platform, it will allow the acquisition of Raman mappings and images. The Raman image acquisition mode, as well as the acquisition speed, will be taken into account in the technical evaluation of the offer;4) the system will freely allow the selection of the spectral range of measurement from at least 50 cm-1 (near excitation), in the excitation radiations that are possible;5) the equipment will be delivered at its exact installation point and must be supplied with all the auxiliary material necessary for its correct operation, the company awarded the contract being in charge of the necessary logistics. This equipment must be installed, verified and, if necessary, calibrated after start-up. In addition, a maintenance and calibration protocol for the equipment must be provided and explained to the user personnel; 6) all the necessary computer support will be supplied with the equipment (at least Core i7, 8GB DDR4, 500GB SSD, Flat Monitor of approximately 27" and Windows 10 OS).
