Description
Description:
Specialist planning for electrical engineering, in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, HOAI; system groups (4), (5) and (6) in accordance with Section 53 (2) HOAI for the implementation of space requirements planning at Kirchhain elementary school.
Kirchhain elementary school is a four-form entry elementary school currently attended by around 360 pupils in years one to four, as well as a so-called preliminary class and two preliminary courses, and taught by around 30 teachers.
The three school buildings located in the northern area of the site, which are arranged parallel to each other as individual, elongated structures, are accessed via individual entrances and connected to each other by an external arcade. Most pupils access the school grounds from the north via Pestalozzistrasse.
Another single-storey building is located to the south, which primarily contains rooms for childcare.
House 1 (building 31.001) of Kirchhain elementary school is a 4-storey school building (ground floor to 3rd floor), which was thoroughly renovated in 2011 with funds from the special investment program of the state of Hesse and received structured cabling with funds from the DigitalPakt Schule. It currently houses the administration with secretariat and school management office on the first floor and classrooms on the upper floors.
Houses 2 (building 31.004, 4-storey with basement, ground floor to 2nd floor) and 3 (building 31.006, 3-storey, ground floor to 2nd floor) are from the 1950s and have been partially renovated. The basement of building 2 (building 31.004) currently houses the technical center for the school's heat supply.
With the implementation of the project, the site is to be connected to an adjacent district heating network.
By adding differentiation rooms, adapting the room structures to the pedagogical concept with learning clusters and the requirements for the all-day school, significant interventions in the existing structure are necessary, which will result in a partial replacement building to represent the room and functional program.
In the course of procuring the object planning services for buildings, a proposed solution was developed which is intended as the basis for this procedure and the further planning steps.
The following key data must also be adhered to during planning and implementation support:
? potential new replacement buildings are to be planned/constructed to the passive house standard without certification (including participation in the management of the PHPP planning tool)
? the building must be planned in accordance with the standards of the DigitalPakt Schule and digital working. In addition to a good network structure with integration into the existing building, full WLAN coverage is a matter of course
? implementation of the requirements for all-day schooling
? overall project budget of 10.5 million euros gross to be adhered to
? to be involved in the planning for the relocation of pupils (in full or in part) (supply of interim accommodation with media)
? federal funding for the expansion of all-day schooling is being sought. This is intended to achieve partial funding, which requires special documentation of the planning services. Additional work is required from the specialist planning services in question, such as details of the LED lighting and the control of electrotechnical systems.
A lighting concept is to be developed for the educational space and the canteen in the building. Due to the high energy standards, a PV system is to be planned.
