Description

We are seeking to establish a preferred supplier list for Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions and services that align with and support our institution's digital marketing, user experience (UX), and customer experience (CX) objectives. The scope includes, but is not limited to, User Experience/Customer Experience Research and Design, Content Management System (CMS) design and development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web content strategy, and support for full stack development. The selected suppliers will be expected to provide innovative and effective digital solutions to enhance our marketing efforts, improve user engagement, streamline our digital assets, and assist with potential integrations as needed over the period of the contract. Additionally, we are interested in exploring opportunities beyond our current technology stack, particularly in emerging technologies that could drive innovation and differentiation in our digital marketing efforts. Suppliers should also be equipped to support the development of digital roadmaps, MarTech solution architecture, and data governance strategies to ensure cohesive and scalable digital experiences. Suppliers must provide expertise in: • User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) Research and Design: Expertise in conducting user and customer research, usability testing, and journey mapping to inform data-driven UX and CX strategies. This includes applying service design thinking principles to create intuitive and seamless experiences across customer journeys, as well as measuring and optimizing these experiences through robust CX metrics. • Content Management System (CMS) Development and Support: Proven experience with Cascade CMS or similar platforms, encompassing full lifecycle services such as implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing support. The supplier should be adept at optimizing CMS capabilities to manage and deliver engaging, personalized user-centered content effectively. • SEO and Content Strategy for the Web: Deep expertise in optimizing content for search engines and crafting web content that is both user-friendly and aligned with SEO best practices. This includes developing comprehensive content strategies that enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion across digital platforms. • Comprehensive Digital and Full-Service Support: Capability to provide end-to-end digital solutions that encompass web development, digital asset management, marketing technology integration, and other MarTech needs. Suppliers should also be able to offer support for the development of digital roadmaps and MarTech solution architecture. • Web Development and Full Stack Capabilities: Expertise in full stack development across the entire project lifecycle—from discovery and design to development, deployment, and post-launch support. Suppliers should be proficient in working with specific code bases (e.g., .NET Core, Azure Cloud App Services, MySQL DB, Typescript/SCSS/CSS, etc.) and align with SAIT’s existing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Support for potential integrations beyond the current tech stack should also be provided, enabling flexibility and scalability in digital solutions. • Data Governance: Suppliers should also provide expertise in data governance to ensure data quality, security, and compliance, supporting the broader goals of a cohesive and efficient digital ecosystem.
