Description
Sorting and packaging of recyclable household waste from SYSEM territory
Each lot includes the following services (non-exhaustive list):
- Reception of waste from selective collections of mixed household packaging and paper (with extension of sorting instructions to all plastic packaging),
- Sorting waste in accordance with the requirements of packaging and paper recycling eco-organizations, as well as with the requirements of material take-back firms,
- Participating in or carrying out, where necessary, incoming characterizations of recyclable waste flows from selective collections of mixed household packaging and paper,
- Characterization of process rejects,
- Quality control of sorted materials,
- Packaging, logistics and inventory management, and loading of sorted materials in accordance with the requirements of take-back firms and channels for each of SYSEM's local authorities,
- Packaging and transporting SYSEM's sorted refuse to a waste-to-energy plant,
- Drawing up operating reports in accordance with article 8 of the CCTP,
- Organizing the educational circuit and welcoming visitors to the sorting center (schoolchildren and private individuals). Visits are organized by SYSEM.
