Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for its construction project entitled, Village of East Hazel Crest Stormwater Improvements, East Hazel Crest, Cook County, Illinois (USACE Acquisition). PROJECT INFORMATION: The project work includes the replacement of earthen drainage ditches with underground concrete box culverts. The Base work includes the installation of 417 linear feet of 4 feet x 2 feet concrete box culvert. Option 1 includes installing 229 linear feet of 4 feet x 2 feet concrete box culvert and 130 linear feet of 6 feet x 2 feet box culvert. Option 2 includes the installation of 646 linear feet of 6 feet x 2 feet concrete box culvert. CONTRACTING OFFICE: USACE Chicago District, 231 SOUTH LaSALLE STREET, SUITE 1500, Chicago, IL 60604. ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for Small Business Concerns.
