Description

The subject of this contract is the implementation of the project entitled "RES for Kashubia - Use of dispersed low emission energy in the Municipalities of Sierakowice, Kartuzy and Sulęczyno". (agreement on co-financing RPPM.10.03.01-22-0053/16-00 of 3.10.2018). The contract provides for the installation of 3 different sources/installations using renewable energy sources. Solar energy (solar and photovoltaic technology) and air heat will be used.2. 522 solar collector installations on private and public buildings with a total capacity of 2,608.17 kW will be delivered and installed under this project. The order also assumes the construction of street lighting using the Photovoltaic technology - 11 units in the Municipality of Sierakowice (solar and hybrid lamps) and 40 units in the Municipality of Kartuzy (hybrid lamps) with a total capacity of PV: 13.77 kW. Parameters of expected street lighting: a) wind turbine power - min. 100 W,b) power of photovoltaic panels not less than 270 W for one lamp, c) lamp - min. 20 W,d) mast height - max. 10 m,e) durability of lighting - approx. 30 000 h.5. In the description of the subject of the contract, Chapter III point. 2 and 3 SIWZ were concluded two public utility buildings of the Kashubian Medical Centre in Sierakowice (solar collectors will be installed with a total capacity of approx. 31.61 kW) and a building included in the "Orlik Sierakowice" complex in Sierakowice at Przedszkolna Street (two 2.3 kW air heat pumps for domestic hot water will be installed, each with a capacity of 2.3 kW). The Contracting Authority shall require that, for these facilities, design documentation be prepared and submitted to the Contracting Authority for approval prior to delivery and installation of the installation.6The project provides for the delivery and installation of solar and air heat pump systems for the preparation of domestic hot water on private buildings in three municipalities of Sierakowice (558 units), Kartuzy (110 units) and Sulęczyno (125 units).7 The contracting authority also requires that approx. 10% of the systems (solar and air heat pumps for hot water) should be remotely monitored for the operation of the installed equipment.8.
