Description
The call for tenders concerns the construction and operation of photovoltaic installations on buildings, agricultural greenhouses, sheds and shaded areas, with a capacity of more than 500 kWp and located in mainland France. Under the terms of Article L. 311-12, the successful applicants designated by the Minister for Energy benefit from a contract for additional remuneration for the electricity produced, drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the Energy Code and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in these specifications.
Photovoltaic installations on buildings, agricultural greenhouses, hangars and shaded areas, with a peak power strictly greater than 500 kWp, are eligible for this call for tenders. The cumulative power demand is divided into application periods, spread over five years.For each period, a volume of 50 MW is reserved as a priority for projects of less than 1 MWp that are more than 250 m away from any other project proposed during the same application period. The applicant whose bid has been accepted undertakes to complete its installation before the deadline defined in the specifications.
