Description
The call for tenders concerns the construction and operation of solar power generation facilities located in non-interconnected zones. In accordance with 2º of article L. 311-12, the successful candidates designated by the Minister for Energy benefit from a remuneration supplement contract for the electricity produced, drawn up in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the Energy Code and the terms and conditions specified in these specifications.
Eligible installations are divided into two families defined as follows: Family 1: photovoltaic installations on buildings, hangars, shades, agri-voltaic shades and agri-voltaic greenhouses, with a power output strictly greater than 500 kWp;Family 2: ground-mounted photovoltaic installations, with a power output strictly greater than 500 kWp and less than or equal to 12 MWp for projects on land corresponding to cases 1 and 2 in paragraph 2.6 and strictly greater than 500 kWp for projects on land corresponding to case 3 in paragraph 2.6.The cumulative power demand is divided into application periods, spread over five years.The successful applicant undertakes to complete the installation before the deadline defined in the specifications.
