Description
The call for tenders concerns the construction and operation of innovative solar energy electricity production facilities located in mainland France and the French overseas territories. Under the terms of Article L. 311-12 (2), the successful applicants designated by the Minister responsible for energy benefit from a remuneration supplement contract for the electricity produced, drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the Energy Code and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the specifications.
The installations are divided into families defined as follows:- family 1: innovative photovoltaic installations on the ground with a power strictly greater than 500 kWp and less than or equal to 3 MWp;- family 2: innovative photovoltaic installations on buildings, agricultural sheds and car park shades, or innovative agrivoltaic installations with a power strictly greater than 100 kWp and less than or equal to 3 MWp.The cumulative power demand is divided into application periods, spread over five years. The applicant whose offer has been accepted undertakes to complete its installation before the deadline defined in the specifications.
