Description
Soil and groundwater contamination with LCKW (mainly tetrachloroethene) is present on the site. Following various investigations to compare the costs and benefits of the various methods, the decision was made to carry out soil vapor remediation. The tendered engineering services include the planning, monitoring and documentation of the soil remediation measures to be carried out. The services are to be provided in 2 phases: Phase 1 (fixed contract): - Remediation planning in accordance with § 13 BBodSchG Presentation of the initial situation, the measures to be carried out and proof of their suitability by means of an extraction test - Presentation of the self-monitoring measures to check the proper execution and effectiveness of the proposed measures, the self-monitoring measures as part of the aftercare including monitoring, the schedule and the costs, preparation of a work and safety plan, preparation of the remediation plan for the declaration of binding force by the responsible authorities.
