Description

The purpose of this Framework Agreement (MA) is the definition of solutions for the digitization of services, as well as innovative ideas that enhance such digitization, on a specific and limited number of functional areas of the Community of the Principality of Asturias, related to the competences of the different Departments, and in relation to processes, tasks, protocols or specific actions focused on the citizen and/or public employee experience and the use of new disruptive technologies and/or digital methodologies under the conditions established therein as defined in the Specific Technical Specifications.
The object of this Lot is the process review service, process reengineering, preparation of high-level technical specifications and planning of the work to be performed for the complete implementation of the business process. In any case, the definition of the objectives to be met will always be within the competencies of the DGSED and will be defined by it, being knowledgeable and responsible for them. In other words, this lot will be in charge of defining the necessary requirements and technical details, taking as a starting point the objectives indicated by the DGSED. It will not be necessary to use this lot to bid for contracts based on the rest of the lots; it will only be used in those cases in which the DGSED considers it necessary. The purpose of this lot is the services of analysis, development and implementation of management applications to be integrated with the various components of the platforms available to the Principality of Asturias, such as electronic file managers, integration bus and common modules in corporate development environments of the Directorate General of Security and Digital Strategy (hereinafter DGSED) described in Annex I of the PPT. The object of this Lot are the services of analysis, development and implementation of web portals in corporate development environments of the DGSED described in Annex I of the PPT. The object of this Lot are the services of analysis, development and implementation of mobile applications in corporate development environments of the DGSED described in Annex I of the PPT. The object of this Lot are the services of analysis, development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in corporate development environments of the DGSED described in Annex I of the PPT. The object of this Lot are the services of analysis, development and implementation of services based on the Internet of Things (IoT) technology in corporate development environments of the DGSED described in Annex I of the PPT. The object of this Lot are the services of analysis, development and implementation of virtual dialogue systems and artificial intelligence, in corporate development environments of the DGSED described in Annex I of the PPT.
