Description

The core objective of the project is to provide a simple, modern system that simplifies these processes for both the customer and the ZDF service employee, while retaining control over customer data, the ordering process and the newsletter dispatch. All data processed in the system are the property of ZDF Service GmbH and may only be used by ZDF Service GmbH. ZDF's service staff have to communicate intensively with ticket customers in order to select the right audience, actively address the public in the course of the free ticket allocation process, and in the event of short-term rescheduling of appointments. With regard to ticket sales and returns, a system is to be implemented that simplifies the ticket sales process from the advertising of the tickets through the ordering and payment process to invoicing or any cancellations. It must be possible to create business events exclusively with free tickets. The short-term cancellation of tickets must be maintained in order to be able to react in good time to public cancellations. The existing newsletter database is a central component of audience acquisition and will continue to be expanded and updated largely automatically in the course of ticket sales. The existing data must be transferred to the new system. Guest management includes in particular the management processes for event management, such as audience acquisition, admission, seating, customer communication, billing and reporting. provide the following functions:- selection of different payment methods,- hall plan editor for creating hall plans,- booking of seats in a graphically interactive hall plan,- ticket request: Mobile tickets, printable tickets, barcodes on all tickets for registration and validation by ZDF service staff on admission to the event, personalized tickets for specific events (by ZDF service staff),- exportable individual reports and evaluations,- deposit of processing and system fees,- differentiation between B2C and B2B customers,- support of mobile terminals when purchasing tickets (e.g. for the purchase of tickets for the event),- support of mobile terminals when purchasing tickets (e.g. for the purchase of tickets for the event). B. Provision of e-ticket via PDF),- Customer history (orders placed, returns, etc.),- Use of standard software (SaaS) including hosting, support and maintenance by the external provider,- Scalable solution required.
