SCOPEThis Invitation to Tender consists of snow removal services as per the attached specifications on behalf of Anglophone North School District at various schools for a period of three (3) years from November 1, 2024 until October 31, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties. NOTE: Please see attached "Schedule A" for information pertaining to each school. OPTION YEAR PRICINGPricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index.CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIAContracts will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid for each school location listed in the Items section below which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications of the tender documents. Bidders may bid on any or all of the schools listed in Items 2 through 30.SITE VISITA site visit is encouraged as per section 3.4 of the attached document. Site visits shall be arranged through:Anglophone School District- North Ronald Lavigne, Facilities Manager 506-210-1303 or 506-778-6180REQUIREMENTSPrior to award, references may be required as per section 4 of the attached specifications. Insurance and WorkSafe NB coverage (if applicable), will be required as per section, 13 and 14 of the attached specifications respectively. To expedite the contract award process, Vendors should include these items with their bid.HOW TO FILL IN PRICINGThere are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. Vendors should bid directly on this invitation to tender for each school which they choose to bid on. (See schools listed in Items 2 through 30 below).HOW TO FILL IN PRICING:Unit Price = Price for one yearExtended Price = 3 Year Price (Unit Price x 3 Years)Please ensure to also indicate the total bid price in the "Total Including all charges" space provided. The price bid shall not include HST.VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND DATE THEIR BID IN THE SPACE PROVIDED BELOWVENDOR QUESTIONSAll inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response.
