The Municipality of Rivière-Beaudette (hereinafter referred to as the "Municipality") is requesting tenders for the conclusion of a service contract for the snow removal and winter maintenance of its road network.

All bidders must comply with the requirements set out in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (SEAO) at www.seao.ca or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area and toll-free 1 866 669-7326 for residents outside the Montreal area.

Documents are subject to this organization's fees.

ELIGIBILITY

Only bids submitted by bidders with an establishment in Canada or in the European Union under the terms of the CCAQ, CETA and CETA agreements will be considered.

RECEIPT AND OPENING OF BIDS

Bids must be received by 11:00 a.m. local time, no later than September 30, 2024, the time and date of the public bid opening.

Bid results will be published on the SEAO.

TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS

The deadline for receipt of complaints made to the Municipality pursuant to article 938.1.2.2 of the Quebec Municipal Code (RLRQ, c C-27.1) is published on the SEAO.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Tenderers who wish to receive further information concerning the call for tenders must send a written request to the e-mail address of the person in charge of the call for tenders, indicating the call for tenders number, ten days before the closing date of the call for tenders. If such a request for clarification is received after this deadline, the Municipality reserves the right not to consider it.

COMPLETE TENDER DOCUMENTS

The Municipality assumes no responsibility for the incompleteness, errors or omissions of any written notices or documents transmitted electronically. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all tender documents before submitting a bid.

The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any costs or obligations of any kind towards the bidder(s).
