Description
The Ministry of Environment and Parks, Recreation Sites and Trails BC (RSTBC) Branch, is seeking an experienced Recreation Site Operator to manage and maintain the Howard Lake Recreation Site located near 100 Mile House, British Columbia, for an initial term of one, 7-month term, commencing April 1, 2025, and concluding October 31, 2025, with an option to renew for additional years upon successful fulfilment of the conditions within the Partnership Agreement.Howard Lake is operated as a fee-for-service site where all revenue that is collected from the sale of overnight camping permits is retained by the Site Operator and is used to off-set their costs for managing and maintaining the recreation site, including wages, tools and equipment, and other expenses that are approved by the Province. Average gross revenue for the past 4 years is $15,186.00.
