Description
Tenders are sought for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of a Single Cell Partitioning and Sequencing Device for Trinity College Dublin (TCD). The instrument should be capable of performing isolation of gene expression, B-cell receptor, T-cell receptor and open chromatin at the single-cell level, in addition to performing perturbation screens and antibody stains. The system should support numerous cell and tissue types including fresh and fixed. Vendors must provide training for staff, technical support, and warranty.
