Description

The Contractor will develop the detailed design of Passenger Service Centres (PSC), Station Master’s Rooms (SMO) and Ticket Sales Offices (TSO) for up to 33 Thomson-East Coast Line MRT stations.

The Contractor will:

- Prepare all necessary design and installation drawings.

- Supply, fabricate, deliver and install furniture, floor and wall finishes, ceilings (including access panels) and partitions under this Contract, and commission the PSC, SMR and TSO in each of the Thomson-East Cost Line stations. Some of these stations are Civil Defence stations.

- Include allowances for all planning and programme constraints as specified in the Civil Contractors’ Co-ordinated installation Programme (CIP).

- Liaise and co-ordinate the design and installation with the Interfacing Contractors including the preparation of Detailed Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Drawings, (SEM), Equipment Layout Drawings and Co-ordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) for PSC, SMR and TSO.
