Description
the Sheltered Home Service. It is estimated for 50 places for people with Mental Health Illnesses and moderate to severe psychic disability, who do not have the skills to live independently and who do not have a support network of their families or third parties. The objective of the Homes is to integrate the housing needs with the support and security needs required by the people, also contributing to the training process of the skills related to their performance at home, favoring their autonomy.
The bidder must provide and manage the properties, located in the city of Punta Arenas and one in the city of Porvenir, to comply with the tendered service, estimated for 50 places, for the period of this bid.
