SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account school requirements, and of leasing the more than 400 schools to the Ministry of Schools and Vocational Training (BSB).

Construction of a multifunctional building for the required space for a canteen including a vitality kitchen, all-day areas and a single-field sports hall. The multifunctional building is planned as a two-storey building. The first floor houses the all-day area with canteen (dining area and kitchen) and the rooms for all-day supervision, as well as ancillary and technical areas. A single-field sports hall with changing rooms, equipment rooms and other ancillary areas is planned on the upper floor. The new multifunctional building is oriented along Kirchenweg and closes the space between the existing Paula building and the newly constructed classroom building. The spacious schoolyard is thus enclosed on all sides.
