This publication does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of Section 103 of the ARC or public procurement law. In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended contract conclusions, the publication is made in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice is used. The resulting conceptual specifications, such as the procedural designation "open procedure", are solely due to the use of this publication form and the publication platform. A further meaning, in particular a submission under public procurement law regulations, as far as they are not obligatory for legal reasons, is not connected with it.The AOK Saxony-Anhalt - Die Gesundheitskasse - is looking for cooperation partners/service providers throughout the state within the framework of a so-called "open-house model" for the implementation of specific analyses in the field of action of health-promoting work and lifestyle. All suitable and interested cooperation partners/service providers are offered the opportunity to conclude or join an agreement on services for workplace health promotion as a contribution to strengthening health structures in the workplace, subject to uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure. The prerequisite for concluding the agreement is that the interested cooperation partner/service provider will implement the measures in accordance with the lifeworld/setting approach in the fields of action:- Work that promotes physical activity and physically active employees- Healthy nutrition in everyday working life- Stress management and strengthening of resources- Behavioral addiction prevention by specialists with a state-recognized professional or academic degree with knowledge and skills in health promotion and prevention, including system knowledge of the legal responsibilities and in particular in the areas of process and project management and organizational development (analogous to the Guidelines for Prevention, chapter 6.7, page 116).The accession or the conclusion of the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted.The contract term is a maximum of 57 months; the earliest contract start date is 01.04.2022.All contracts end no later than 31.12.2026, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or concluding a contract can take place at any time within the contract period.
The AOK Saxony-Anhalt is looking for cooperation partners/ service providers throughout the state to implement behavioral preventive measures based on specific analyses in the field of action of health-promoting work and lifestyle in accordance with the prevention principles: Physical activity-promoting work and physically active employees, healthy nutrition in the workplace, stress management and strengthening of resources, and behavioral addiction prevention. Health promotion and prevention offers within the framework of § 20b SGB V are thus intended to help prevent disease risks as early as possible, strengthen health potential and resources, and provide suggestions for a health-conscious life in everyday life.The implementation of behavioral prevention based on specific analyses in the aforementioned field of action are preventive and are offered in companies throughout the country.The measure is aimed at the group of a specific living environment, in this case a company setting.Participation is available to all employees of a company that cooperates with the AOK Saxony-Anhalt as part of the implementation of measures for workplace health promotion. The basis for action is the "Leitfaden Prävention Handlungsfelder und Kriterien nach § 20 Abs. 2 SGB V in der Fassung vom 27.09. 2021" (Leitfaden) published by the GKV-Spitzenverband.Auf die Leistungsbeschreibung Verhaltensprävention auf der Grundlage von spezifischen Analysen wird verwiesen.
