With the construction of the new accommodation building 29, only a part of the requirements of the shipyard pilots was realized. With the new construction of the shipyard accommodation building 2 for the accommodation of personnel of the navy during maintenance projects the need is finally covered.Selected location:Outside area Geestheller Damm , Flur 41, Flurteil 3/6In the rear area of the property the new shipyard accommodation building (accommodation building) with 150 living units (WE) is to be established. It is planned to build a straight, clear structure in a four-story massive construction with a hipped roof according to the existing development of the MOS property. Behind the new building there is the possibility of a parking lot with 90 parking spaces. The front area of the property offers a reserve area for another accommodation building.
The contract comprises the engineering design, tendering, supervision and documentation of the new construction of an accommodation building (shipyard berth) on the property of the Naval Operations School (MOS) in Bremerhaven. The planning and execution of the measure is to be implemented with the help of the BIM method.According to the BIM Master Plan for Federal Buildings of the BMI and BMVg of 09/2021, the introduction of the BIM method will be mandatory from the end of 2022 in the steps Level 1 (from the end of 22), Level 2 (from 2023) and Level 3 (from 2027). Levels 1+2 with the defined use cases according to AIA are mandatory for this measure. Anticipated classification of the following specialist planning (F1-F7) in BIM:F1 - building planning, F2 - structural framework, F3 - TGA, F4 - electrical, F5 - building automation, F6 - outdoor facilities, F7 - traffic facilities.The measure will be evaluated using the Federal Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) and accompanied by an internal BNB coordinator. Silver certification is being sought. According to HOAI, services in the scope of work for structural design TWP and technical equipment TGA/electrical (ALG 1.1-1.3 and 1.4+1.5) for the preparation of the construction documentation (LPH 1-2+3-4) as well as the complete implementation planning (LPH 5) are to be provided. The building planning services shall be rendered in LPH 1-5 as in-house services. The services for the preparations and participation in the awarding of contracts (LPH 6+7) and the object supervision and documentation (LPH 8) are to be provided by all three of the above-mentioned service profiles.
