The subject of the framework contract is the performance of control tests in accordance with the specifications within the service description. The control tests are divided into the following lots:Lot 1: Soils, soil improvement and soil consolidation according to ZTV E-StBLot 2: Layers without binders according to ZTV SoB-StBLot 3: Base layers with hydraulic binders and concrete pavements according to ZTV Beton-StBLot 4: Asphalt construction methods according to ZTV Asphalt-StB and ZTV BEA-StB respectively. ZTV BEA-StBLos 5: Bitumen tests according to TL Bitumen-StB and tests on bitumen emulsions according to TL BE-StBLos 6: Joints in traffic areas according to ZTV Fug-StBLos 7: Longitudinal evenness measurement with planographLos 8: Longitudinal evenness measurement with high-speed measuring vehicle with laser beamLos 9: Skid resistance measurement with SKMLos 10: Pavement marking.It is intended to award the service described in the terms of reference by means of an open-house procedure.The framework contract under the approval procedure will come into force for the first time on 25.03.2022 and will end on 30.09.2024, subject to the contractual extension option.In order to take into account the diversity of potential contractors under the approval model, any company that meets the approval requirements will be allowed to join the framework contract on the same terms throughout the contract period.
