Description

Preparation of a feasibility study - general planning services, depth LPH 2 of the HOAI, the-- Architectural and engineering services-- Object planning for buildings § 34 HOAI;-- Outdoor facilities planning § 39 HOAI;-- Object planning for engineering structures § 43 HOAI groups 1, 2, 6 and 7 of Annex 12 to the HOAI;-- Object planning of traffic facilities § 47 HOAI;-- Structural design § 51 HOAI;-- Planning of technical facilities Facility groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 §§ 53,55 HOAI,Special services in the area of facilities 1.3 and 1.4 to the HOA for the new construction of infrastructure on a tunnel structure and in the vicinity of the railway station Neuer Bahnhof in Erding as well as LPH 3 HOAI §§ 34,51 for the new construction of a bus station.
As part of the expansion of the rail network around Munich Airport, the Mühldorf-Munich rail line is to be linked to Munich Airport via a new route (so-called Erding ring closure). For the railway planning (tunnels up to the intersections with the platform areas of the railway station, OK approx. 9 m below ground level) a complete design and approval planning has already been prepared. The approval documents are currently with the Federal Ice Rink Authority for preliminary examination, the planning approval procedure has recently been initiated.above the underground railway station, the city of Erding is planning a traffic hub with bus station, multi-storey car park, bike depot and foot and cycle path connections.at the same time, the large district town of Erding is planning the conversion of the air base area on the north-eastern outskirts of the city, which is currently still largely used for military purposes. The project of the Deutsche Bahn cuts through a peripheral area of the conversion area. For the city of Erding, the air base area represents an attractive and centrally located urban development area, which is to be occupied by different uses in the future. For the area of the feasibility study (depth LPH 2), a total area of approx. 10.5 ha is to be planned, there is a draft development plan. The northern stairways of the station lead directly to a bus island with 26 bus entry points, which forms the centre of a square with surrounding buildings. The results of the competition, provided that they are available before LPH 2 is called up and that they concern the area of this contract, are to be integrated. According to the current state of planning, the bus station, the multi-storey car park and the bicycle parking garage will be built by the city of Erding as the client. The remaining construction areas are to be realised by third parties, and the costs of development are to be apportioned. The infrastructure will be partly built by development carriers, partly by utility companies. Project scope of the feasibility study (depth LPH 2) Since the planning of the station with traffic transfer points and the surrounding planning of the city of Erding are closely linked, the city of Erding requires a preliminary design with an overall schedule and cost calculation for the buildings, open spaces, traffic facilities and the development. The services LPH 1 and 2 of the object planning for buildings and engineering structures §§ 34, 43 HOAI, technical supply infrastructure § 43 HOAI, traffic facility planning § 47 HOAI, structural design and planning of technical building equipment §§ 51,55 HOAI are to be awarded, for the bus station LPH 3 object and structural design is also required. The subject of the feasibility study (depth LPH 2) are:- the planning of the infrastructure buildings of the city of Erding (bus station and multi-storey car park for approx. 700 car parking spaces);- the overall planning coordination and services for the interface with the underground railway structures;- the planning of the development and supply infrastructure for the conversion project;- the bus station must be put into operation at the same time as the Deutsche Bahn station in order to maintain the transfer connections. The overall performance described here is to be closely coordinated with Deutsche Bahn, the coordination structure is to be developed by the contractor.the current time target is for the station and transfer facilities to be commissioned probably in 2027. LPH 2 must be completed within a period of 8 months.
