With the DAS, Staatsbosbeheer aims to be able to place and award contracts to engineering companies in a simple and flexible way. Staatsbosbeheer also wants to attract the necessary specific expertise in a flexible way and make access for (new) companies possible. For this purpose the Forestry Commission has chosen to establish a DAS and invites interested parties to register and apply for this DAS.
This DAS for engineering services relates to project-based restoration, development and establishment tasks that Staatsbosbeheer carries out. Engineering services assignments consist of both results-based assignments and effort-based assignments (no secondment). Every assignment that is placed within the DAS engineering services falls within one or more of the task areas listed below, whereby it should be noted that these are indicative and not exhaustive:- Ecology- Hydrology- Civil, cultural and natural engineering- Water and soil science- Landscape and cultural historyThe nature of the work can be described as follows:- Feasibility studies and plan and/or vision development- (technical) Design- General technical advisory services- Environmental management including permit management and RO procedures- Contract management and/or contract management- Cost estimates and Specifications- Management and supervisionStaatsbosbeheer reserves the right to vary the combination of different activities per assignment when issuing further assignments.
