The Client shall enter into distribution partnerships for the marketing of its products outside its carriers. These are not exclusive, but are in principle possible for all interested and qualified market participants. The dPhoenixSuite (hereinafter referred to as Phoenix) is a more modular, digitally sovereign workplace and the alternative to classic office packages. This contract regulates the cooperation of the contracting parties within the scope of the distribution of the product Phoenix, among others the dPhoenixSuite, and further Phoenix variants (hereinafter referred to as product Phoenix), in particular the services of the Contractor required for this purpose.The Customer commissions the Contractor with the distribution of the product Phoenix and the identification of corresponding interested parties or with the mediation of a contract conclusion for the product Phoenix.The Contractor shall act for the Customer, with regard to the product Phoenix and the related services, exclusively as an intermediary and shall also act as such towards the target customers. A contract concerning the Phoenix product and its operation shall be concluded exclusively between the Target Customer and the Contractor.The individual modules as well as the entire product portfolio of the Phoenix product are available for inspection at www.dphoenixsuite.de and are subject to continuous further developmentSubject of the cooperation:The Contractor shall conclude this contract with any economic operator (third party) with the same wording who undertakes to provide the subject of the contract described above under the conditions formulated in the contract. No selection decision is made on the part of the contracting authority among interested economic operators.The contracting authority is not limited in number or in any other way in agreeing this contract with economic operators (third parties).Notes: - The publication is made here using the form for open procedures.
