Description
The subject of the framework agreement is structural testing - static and constructive testing in accordance with the RVP as specified in the specifications (Annex 1 to the framework agreement).The structural testing - static and constructive testing in accordance with the RVP is divided into the following service areas:Service area 01: Solid constructionService area 02: Metal construction.The service areas are also referred to as "lots" in the following due to the terminology used in this announcement form. The conclusion of the framework agreements for the provision of the services described in more detail in the specifications (Annex 1 to the framework agreement) shall take place by means of a so-called "open house procedure" (for more details, see Section VI.3. as well as in the cover letter, which can be downloaded from the electronic address The framework agreement to be concluded shall cover for each contractor individually those service areas described in more detail in the specifications (Annex 1 to the framework agreement) for which the admission requirements have been proven in the application for admission. Individual orders placed on the basis of the concluded framework agreement may cover all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been admitted. The open house procedure shall run from publication until December 31, 2026 and may be extended twice by one year each. Applications for approval and thus the conclusion of a framework agreement can take place during the entire term of the open house procedure..A framework agreement comes into force with the approval of an interested party and ends, subject to an extension option, on 31.12.2024. The framework agreement can - analogous to the open house procedure - be extended twice until 31.12.2027 or 31.12.2028 on the basis of the extension option. Further details are set out in the framework agreement. Further details shall be governed by the framework agreement.
Subject of the lot / scope of services 1 are structural inspections - static and constructive inspections according to RVP with regard to solid construction. Subject of the lot / scope of services 2 are structural inspections - static and constructive inspection according to RVP with regard to metal construction.
