Description
Welcome to the DPS for the hiring of OOP personnel for The Hague School Foundation. Via this DAS, educational support staff is lawfully hired on a secondment basis at an hourly rate that cannot be contracted through the already tendered framework agreements with temporary employment agencies (lot 1) and secondment agencies (lot 2). Teaching staff refers to teachers, instructors, trainers/supervisors. The deployment of invigilators is not part of the scope of this DAS.The Principal reserves the right to withdraw a current call for tenders in this DAS if it has been filled through another channel.Through this DAS, the aim is to appeal to a diversity of providers and to bring supply and demand together in the best possible way.This DAS is published on the basis of the Procurement Act 2012, and is therefore subject to the European Directive 2014/24/EU.
The scope of the contract cannot be expressed financially. The contract includes all the hiring of OOP workers that is necessary for an organization like Stichting De Haagse Scholen with 15,000 students and 1,900 employees.
