Delfland regularly needs extra capacity or specific expertise and with the establishment of the DAS it aims to meet this need. The DAS contributes to the simple and unambiguous awarding of Assignments for the hiring of external personnel and (consultancy) services. It concerns positions at HBO/WO level from scale 9 (SAW) and higher. For this purpose Delfland draws up this DAS for the hiring of external personnel and (advisory) services.The work to which the Assignments relate fell under one discipline at the time of the first publication. At the time of this publication, the DAS is set up for 15 subject areas. All qualified suppliers receive notification when a new subject area is added so that there is ample opportunity to register for this subject area.

First of all, the field of Real Estate and land acquisition services has been set up. Currently there are the following fields within this DAS:- Real Estate and land acquisition services- Finance, Control & Auditing- HRM professionals- ICT professionals- Procurement advisory services- Integral project management- Interim management- Organizational development & Advice- Program support- Specialist functions Wastewater chain- Communication advisory services- Technical specialists- Advice on policy, process and planning- Specialists water work field- Legal servicesIt is possible that more fields will be added. A description of the assignments within this DAS is described in Section 1.4 of the Admission Manual. The expansion of the additional subject areas has been reported on TenderNed. Entrepreneurs, interested in these subject areas can then apply for admission for the new subject areas.
