Description
Municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg uses a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) for the lawful and efficient hiring of third parties.Because the current DAS has expired, the municipality is establishing a new DAS for the hiring of third parties. The DAS will be established for a period of up to four (4) years, through no later than January 31, 2027. For the implementation of the DAS, the digital platform of www.flextender.nl will be used.The starting point is that the municipality will use the DAS for its hiring from job scale 9 onwards. The municipality reserves the right to deviate from this in specific cases. The municipality also reserves the right to use the DAS for hiring up to job scale 8.
